The NSA Bethesda pool is a 50-meter Olympic-size pool located in the Fitness Center. MWR Aquatic programs include swim lessons for adults and children, scuba instruction, group exercise classes and swim incentive programs. Lap and Recreational swimming is available.
The Fitness Center features an indoor running track, racquetball courts, indoor 50-meter swimming pool, cardio and weight equipment, adaptive training and sports, stretching and abdominal training area, spinning and fitness studios, and locker rooms.
MWR Intramural Sports program offers a variety of sports throughout the year including mens and womens intramural and varsity level sports such as basketball, 35+ basketball, softball, table tennis, flag football, soccer, volleyball, kickball, horseshoes, and racquetball.
To reserve the courts or fields, call the MWR Fitness Center at 301-295-2450. To reserve rental equipment or the picnic pavilions, call MWR Com Rec at 301-400-1783.
