GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

  • Group Fitness Class is FREE for Active Duty Service Members.
  • Class Fees are in effect for non-active duty. $3 per class, $25 for 10 classes, $40 unlimited 30-day pass
  • Most classes are 50 minutes. Spinning class is 45-50 minutes.
  • Spinning, TBT, and Body Combat classes are FEP approved classes.

Class Descriptions:

Les Mills Sprint-A HIIT workout that uses a bike and intervals alternating periods of intense effort and rest.

Yoga-Poses and breathing techniques to promote strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility.

Zumba-Intense cardio with boot camp style techniques and updated dance moves.

Spinning-Invigorating workout focusing on proper posture and sound riding technique.

Total Core- 30 min. core workout to tighten and tone, improving functional strength.

Body Combat-High energy, non-contact, martial arts inspired workout.

Body Pump- Barbell class to strengthen your entire body.

Piloxing Knockout- High intensity, plyometric, functional core-centric program, which conquers obstacles and challenges your fitness level.
